The Brief
Our clients approached us with a clear goal: transform their older home into a more open, functional, and light-filled space that better suited their lifestyle. They wanted a coastal aesthetic, improved indoor-outdoor flow, and thoughtful use of materials that would stand up to family life.
The Build
The Buff Point project involved a full extension and internal renovation, focused on both design impact and practical living.
We demolished the existing structure at the rear and extended the home to create a larger open-plan kitchen, dining, and living zone. A new timber deck was added, creating a perfect space for entertaining and relaxing outdoors.
Key features of the build included:
James Hardie Stria cladding and James Hardie FC panels, paired with Extent aluminium trims to create a clean, modern coastal look.
Open-plan living area flooded with natural light and connecting seamlessly to the new timber deck.
Supply and installation of floating floors throughout the main living zones.
Brand new custom kitchen, pantry, and study nook to support work-from-home needs.
New carport built with Versiclad insulated roof panels to offer protection from the elements.
All works carried out with a focus on family-friendly functionality, style, and durability.
