Our scope was to extend an existing 3-bedroom home into a 4-bedroom house with an attached granny flat. This also included a renovation of the existing home and bathroom.

Our scope was to complete a significant extension and renovations to a 2 bedroom 1970s cottage. The aim was to create a large 4-bedroom home with relaxed coastal vibes and plenty of open-plan living space.
