Hemmens Building was entrusted with designing and constructing a spacious 4-bedroom home to accommodate the needs of a growing family. The design maximized the stunning lake views and refreshing breezes, creating a home that embraces its surroundings.
What was once a 2-bedroom 1970s cottage is now a modern, two-level residence featuring an open-plan kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a living and dining area that opens onto a large deck/alfresco space, and ample room for family life. The home includes 4 bedrooms, an activities room, a main bathroom, separate laundry, and a powder room. The master suite is a highlight, boasting his and hers walk-in robes, along with a luxurious ensuite complete with a double vanity and double shower.
