Hemmens Building Pty Ltd provides a builder-reviewed, concept-stage Construction Feasibility & Budget Report. Desktop Construction Feasibility costs AUD $290 including GST. Site Visit Construction Feasibility costs AUD $390 including GST.
The report includes a scope review, indicative construction range and package breakdown, cost drivers, risks and assumptions, potential cost-saving opportunities, recommended design budget and Builder Design Brief.
Desktop assessment requires sufficient concept drawings and project information. Completed engineering is not required. If supplied information is insufficient, we will explain what is missing and discuss the available next steps before proceeding. An upgrade or additional service requires your separate agreement; no additional fee is automatically charged.
Site visits
The advertised site service covers Central Coast and Lake Macquarie, NSW. Outside-area enquiries require individual assessment before purchase. Meetings are manually arranged. General observations and rough measurements are not a measured survey, engineering assessment or invasive building inspection.
One visit of up to 60 minutes. Additional time or scope is agreed before any additional charge. Rescheduling is free before attendance; if access is unavailable, any proposed additional visit fee must be agreed before rebooking, rather than automatically charged.
Timing and limitations
Target delivery is 3–5 business days after sufficient information is received, subject to capacity; for the site package, this is after the visit and sufficient information. We will advise if information, scheduling or capacity changes the expected date.
This is an indicative feasibility assessment, not a fixed-price quotation, construction contract, engineering certification, planning approval or guarantee of final construction cost. Design development, selections, investigation, engineering, site conditions and market pricing can change the outcome. Included works, exclusions and assumptions are identified in the report. Each report is reviewed and approved by HB before issue.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel before work or site attendance begins, we refund the service fee in full. After commencement, we assess refunds fairly for services not provided, explain the work completed and preserve all your Australian Consumer Law rights. No additional charges are applied automatically. If HB cannot provide the service, we refund the unprovided portion. This does not restrict any refund or other remedy required by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us promptly if you have a concern so we can assess and address it.

Please provide accurate information and documents you are authorised to share. We use secure project access and approved service providers as described in our feasibility privacy notice. The report is prepared for your stated project and supplied scope; please discuss proposed scope changes with us.
No construction-contract fee credit is currently included in this offer.
